Adding Ren to my routine

Ren Clearcalm 3 clarifying clay cleanser | Evercalm gentle cleansing milk

My interest in skincare has increased a whole lot these last couple of years, it may have to do with the fact that I'm getting older, let's not dwell on that shall we. But I'm far more willing to pay a little extra for the products I slap on my skin, the cheap stuff isn't going to cut it anymore. Living in South Korea, a place where women are all about the skincare meant my stash was always well stocked up, now the supply I brought with me has begun to run out, forcing me to look to products I can get here. This is where Ren comes in, like most bloggers it was Caroline Hirons' praise of their clay cleanser and the brand in general that piqued my interest.

Thanks to Asos having a little sale on their beauty products, I finally went ahead and picked up the items that I've been eyeing up. My skin has been going crazy recently, it's a dry hot mess, so I'm hoping for some good things with this stuff.

The Evercalm cleansing milk (£16) is aimed towards sensitive skin, promises to remove dirt and makeup, and leave your skin feeling purified and soothed. I get the feeling that the clearcalm 3 clarifying clay cleanser(£19) is supposed to be on the more heavy duty side. It's exfoliates, minimises pores, and has antibacterial properties. A heck of lot of claims there, I'll just have to give it all a go and see how my skin likes the stuff. Either way, my routine and products are in some serious need of an overhaul.
